The Care Quality Commission (CQC) has published findings from its annual community mental health survey, which looks at the experiences of those using NHS community mental health services over the last 12 months. CQC has also published a report commenting on progress in implementing recommendations from its Out of sight – who cares? report and the main areas where further work is still needed. A summary of the key findings from both reports is outlined below.
