We help those NHS foundation trusts and trusts to deliver high-quality, patient-focused care by enabling them to learn from each other, acting as their public voice and helping shape the system in which they operate.

Mental health and wellbeing group
This group supports staff by providing a safe space to discuss matters on mental health and wellbeing. It advocates for mental health awareness, offers peer support, and drives forward initiatives to help create an inclusive, mindful and wellbeing-focused organisation.

Proud Providers
The Proud Providers network provides a safe space for staff to discuss and celebrate all things LGBTQ+. It includes community members and allies who meet regularly to promote LGBTQ+ rights and visibility within the organisation.

Race Equality and Cultural Inclusion Group (RECI)
RECI offers a safe, confidential space for staff to discuss racial equality and cultural inclusion issues and experiences. It acts as a critical friend and collective staff voice on organisational issues related to race equality and cultural inclusion.
