This peer learning forum will feature a case study presentation from a Mental Health, Learning Disability and Autism Provider Collaborative (IMPACT - East Midlands) with a focus on co-production. Attendees will then have the opportunity to discuss, explore and reflect on this topic with peers.
The remainder of the session will give the opportunity for directors of strategy and programme directors of provider collaboratives to:
- participate in facilitated and detailed discussions on the hot topics and issues in the arena of provider collaboration at scale
- share experiences and build a network of peers working on provider collaboration
- learn from others on the provider collaborative journey.
Attendees will shape the themes and topics of the discussion so please do share topics that you would like to cover in advance.
Discussion topics at recent events have included:
- benefits of provider collaboratives so far
- relationships between provider collaboratives and the ICB
- resourcing your provider collaborative.
