NHS Providers is the membership organisation and trade association for NHS acute, ambulance, community and mental health services that treat patients and service users in the NHS. We help those foundation trusts and trusts to deliver high quality, patient-focused care by enabling them to learn from each other, acting as their public voice and helping shape the system in which they operate.
NHS Providers is the single voice for NHS public providers, recognised for our effective government and policy influencing, our promotion of learning and development for NHS leaders, and for providing exceptional support to our members.
NHS Providers is led and owned by our members who elect our board of trustees. Formerly the Foundation Trust Network, we were set up in June 2004, and currently have more than 94 per cent of all NHS foundation and aspirant trusts in membership.
Members of NHS Providers benefit from a comprehensive range of products and services. Spanning our key objectives of influence, voice and support provided by a professional organisation, we exist in order to champion our members’ interests and expertise.
