The Race Equality programme aims to supports boards to effectively identify and challenge structural race inequality as a core part of the board’s business. These events are free to attend however please book your place in advance.
Webinars are between 60-90 minutes. These events allow delegates to hear from expert speakers on the event topic, where they share theory, interventions and case studies. This is followed by a facilitated Q&A.

Peer learning events are between 75-90 minutes. These forums allow delegates to have in-depth, facilitated breakout discussions on the forum topic and network with colleagues working on race equality.
This virtual peer learning event will take place on Monday, 22 July 2024 via Zoom from 3pm - 4.30pm.
This event is one of a series of events taking place within our Race Equality programme.
In this peer learning event, we will provide a safe, interactive space for board members and those working on supporting bank workers to talk about the barriers and enablers for improving bank worker experience. Guided by our chair and facilitators, you will take part in a small breakout group to step back, reflect and network. This will be followed by wider group feedback, discussions, and Q&As to ensure shared learning
