Webinars

Thursday 10 November, 11.00am-12.00pm | Building on insights from Core20PLUS5

This webinar will explore how trusts and their system partners can make best use of the data they gain from the Core20PLUS5 approach by ensuring that it is supported by a holistic and qualitative approach to understanding where, why and how health inequalities arise. It will bring together speakers from the Health Creation Alliance, NHS England, and the Office for Health Improvement and Disparities, to explore how trusts can gather insights from their communities, and turn analysis into impact on health inequalities as they build on the national Core20PLUS5 approach.

The second webinar in our health inequalities support offer will explore how trusts can support staff to contribute to reducing health inequalities, by understanding how frontline staff witness and experience health inequalities. It will explore the role of education and training in building clinicians’ understanding of their role in addressing health inequalities through their day-to-day practice. It will also look at how boards can gather insights from staff to strengthen their own understanding of the action the trust can take to address inequalities in healthcare.
