The Health Inequalities programme aims to supports boards to make sense of health inequalities and embed it as a core part of the board’s business. These events are free to attend however please book your place in advance.

Webinars

Webinars are between 60-90 minutes. These events allow delegates to hear from expert speakers on the event topic, where they share theory, interventions and case studies. This is followed by a facilitated Q&A.

Overview:

Join us for this webinar to discuss whether digital innovation can help reduce health inequalities or if it risks compounding them further. As part of NHS Providers' ongoing Digital Boards and Health Inequalities programmes, this event is designed to generate critical insights and discussion about how NHS trusts can apply an equity lens to their digital transformation. With examples from trusts and insights from recent research, this webinar will provide practical tools and approaches that can be shared across the sector. 

This virtual event will take place on Monday 10 March, from 11:00-12:00.

Peer learning events

Peer learning events are between 75-90 minutes. These events allow delegates to have in-depth, facilitated breakout discussions and network with colleagues working on health inequalities.

Overview:

This virtual peer learning event will take place on Tuesday 11 February 2025 on Zoom from 10.30am – 12noon.

This event is open to all NHS Providers members, specifically members who are leading work on addressing health inequalities within trusts, foundation trusts and integrated care boards
