It was utterly fantastic to talk to another bunch of COOs and realise that I am not alone. When we talk to the STP/regulator the tone is almost 'well, everyone else is managing to sort this out, why can’t you?' Hearing you're not alone and the problems aren't just in my trust gives me strength! Thank you.
