Overview:

This virtual peer learning event is being delivered by our Health Inequalities programme, in collaboration with our Race Equality programme. The event will take place on Monday 24 June 2024 via Zoom from 11.00am-1.00pm.

Content:

This interactive online event will provide the opportunity to discuss: 

• The national picture for maternity services, including the latest guidance and how it tackles race and health inequalities 
• Workforce culture and leadership in maternity services  
• Patient access and engagement with maternity services, including engagement with the local community, system partners and voluntary, community and social enterprise organisations 
• Quality improvement approaches to maternity services, including the use of data and feedback to improve outcomes. 

This event is open to all NHS Providers members, specifically board members from Trusts, Foundation Trusts and Integrated Care Boards.
