Engaging with Healthwatch

Research shows that Governors are keen to know about key organisations working in the NHS. In this article the Chair of Healthwatch England - Jane Mordue explains the role of Healthwatch.

Healthwatch volunteers come from all walks of life and have a great variety of experience and knowledge – in the same way as governors. The article gives examples where governors are also Healthwatch volunteers, and encourages more governors to engage with their local Healthwatch.
