This briefing drawn from our peer learning event on Improving waiting lists equitably: The importance of a partnership approach sets out some of the key insights emerging from peer discussions on how senior leaders can actively support work to improve waiting lists equitably, and outlines some of the early progress that is being made in tackling this challenge. 

As work is at an early stage in provider collaboratives, our peer learning events have focused on bringing people together to reflect on the role of senior leaders in applying learning from what is working elsewhere, and the following insights have been gathered within this context.
