This peer learning event is one of a series of events taking place within our Race Equality programme.

This interactive online event will explore:
- the current policy asks in relation to bank workers
- insights on the data available for bank worker experience
- actions board members can take to improve the experience of bank workers
- the barriers and enablers for improving bank worker experience.
This event is open to all NHS Providers members, specifically board members from Trusts and Foundation Trusts.
