This virtual peer learning event will take place on Thursday 30 May 2024 via Zoom from 11.30am-1.00pm.

This peer learning event is one of a series of events taking place within our Race Equality programme.

Content:

This interactive online event will explore:

• the current policy asks in relation to bank workers
• insights on the data available for bank worker experience 
• actions board members can take to improve the experience of bank workers
• the barriers and enablers for improving bank worker experience.

This event is open to all NHS Providers members, specifically board members from Trusts and Foundation Trusts.
