This peer learning forum will be an opportunity for directors of strategy and programme directors of provider collaboratives to:

• participate in facilitated and detailed discussions on the hot topics and issues in the arena of provider collaboration at scale

• share experiences and build a network of peers working on provider collaboration

• learn from others on the provider collaborative journey.

Our featured topic of discussion for this peer learning forum will be on collaborative leadership models and decision making.
