The next meeting of the HR Directors network will take place in-person at the Royal College of Obstetricians & Gynaecologists, 10-18 Union Street, London, SE1 1SZ on Tuesday 30 July between 10:00 - 15:30.

The following exciting sessions have been confirmed:

• A strategic policy update from Saffron Cordery, deputy chief executive at NHS Providers covering strategic policy issues and developments and sharing analysis on what these may mean for the provider sector, followed by an opportunity for Q&A. 
• A presentation on workforce specific issues and developments led by Sarah White, senior policy manager (workforce) and Olli Potter, senior policy officer (workforce) at NHS Providers. 
• Dr Roman Raczka, president of the British Psychological Society, will present on the wellbeing hub data they have collated and how trusts can use these findings. We will also hear from Baxendale on work they have undertaken for investment into staff health and wellbeing. 
• A chance to hear from Hampshire Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust who will showcase the collaborative strategies they have introduced for an improvement culture in maternity care, followed by Q&A and group discussion.
