The next meeting of our Directors of Operations and Chief Operating Officers (DOOs and COOs) network will be taking place virtually on Friday 31 January between 12 noon - 14:15.
An exciting agenda for the event is being developed, and we will share more details in the coming weeks. The meeting will include:
- We will present an interactive strategic policy update exploring issues and developments such as manager regulation, the elective recovery plan and the 10 year plan. We will share our analysis on what these and other issues may mean for the provider sector, seeking your views on key questions throughout.
- Further sessions to be announced.
The meeting will be chaired by:
- Ade Odunlade, Chief Operating Officer, South London and Maudsley NHS Foundation Trust
Who is it for?
- Anyone with responsibility for corporate operations of the trust, for example: directors of operations, performance, strategic development, transformation and service delivery, deputy chief executives and chief operating officers.
- Interim, acting, assistant and deputy directors are also welcome to attend.
