Kim leads the NHS Providers’ development and engagement team and currently job shares this role with Nikki Coleman.

She is a longstanding member of the NHS Providers senior team, having joined in 2006/7 to develop and run the original support programme for aspiring NHS foundation trusts. A radiographer by background, she also has extensive experience of clinical and corporate management roles in the NHS.

Our support to members has grown over time, and Kim and her team of over 20 staff now lead our major conferences and events programme, run in excess of 40 network meetings a year for NHS board members, deliver the national training programme for foundation trust governors, and oversee a range of other topical programmes and opportunities for members.
