NHS Providers submission of evidence to the Doctors' and Dentists' Remuneration Review Body (DDRB), on behalf of NHS trusts and foundation trusts to inform the 2020/21 pay round. For the purposes of this submission, we have drawn on several information sources, through a survey of NHS HR directors in December 2019 and various forms of national workforce data.
