Saluting our sisters, celebrating the exceptional achievements of black women

The theme for this year’s Black History Month is ‘Saluting our sisters, celebrating the exceptional achievements of black women’.

To help mark this, we’re featuring a series of contributions from black women across our membership.

At NHS Providers we are committed to becoming an anti-racist organisation. You can read more about this and our five commitments in our anti-racism statement and our anti-racism action plan.

We also have a Race Equality Programme which aims to support boards to effectively identify and challenge structural race inequality as a core part of the board’s business.
