NHS England and NHS Improvement (NHSE/I) has today published guidance on how the NHS financial framework will support collaboration between NHS organisations and their partners across integrated care systems (ICSs). It summarises previously published guidance, rather than introducing any new policies or requirements for ICSs. This briefing sets out the key points and our initial analysis of the implications for trusts.
