The theme for this year’s conference is all about change and how providers are adapting and innovating as the NHS moves towards integrated health and care systems.

Set within the overall conference theme of Change, each strand will address key issues such as NHS reform, finances, quality, workforce, regulation and transformation. Our plenary sessions will also try to answer some of the big questions in the sector right now, including the importance of developing the next generation of leaders and the future funding of the NHS and social care.
This event will help to equip the next generation of leaders with the essential skills and knowledge needed to help the sector transform.
