Peer learning event: Leading EDI transformation: Accountability and action for board members
Peer learning event, held on 11 March 2025.

This interactive online peer learning event included:
- Ian Holmes provided a plenary presentation reflecting on the approach, learnings and impact thus far to embed an equality, diversity and inclusion (EDI) lens into the work of the integrated care board (ICB), including actionable insights for providers.
- Ali Aslam shared insights on support available from NHSE to help shape future development in this area. Ali emphasised the importance of trust leaders applying a multi-pronged approach to EDI to progress, embed and sustain improvements.
- Facilitated peer learning discussions to reflect on how others are navigating challenges; with an opportunity to network and learn about what good looks like in this space.
