- Learn how QuestPrehab's clinically led, digital approach can be rapidly implemented to meet your trust's needs.
- Gain insights into the cost savings and efficiency improvements achievable through digital health programmes.
- Explore strategies to overcome barriers to implementation, such as patient engagement and resource allocation.
Why this matters
The NHS faces increasing challenges: rising waiting lists, an ageing population, and the growing prevalence of cancer. Many patients are older, frailer, and managing complex conditions, which raises the risk of complications, hospital readmissions, and higher costs.
Digital prehabilitation aligns with the recommendations of the Darzi review and the Government's ‘3 big shifts’ agenda, offering an evidence-based approach to enhance patient outcomes, optimise workforce capacity, and improve efficiency across healthcare systems.
What we'll cover
- The core principles and benefits of prehabilitation, including its impact on patient outcomes and healthcare productivity.
- Preventable and modifiable factors that can influence surgical success and recovery.
- Real-world insights into existing prehab programmes, including challenges like patient engagement and cost management.
- A closer look at QuestPrehab's digital approach, including tailored programmes, patient progress tracking, and virtual exercise classes.
