The next meeting of our Directors of Operations and Chief Operating Officers (DOOs and COOs) network will be taking place on Tuesday 13 May between 10:00 - 15:30 in London, venue TBC. 

An exciting agenda for this event is under development, and we will share more details in the coming weeks. The meeting will include:

• We will present a strategic policy update exploring the current political landscape and analysing what developments may mean for the provider sector. This will be followed by an interactive Q&A.
• Mandy Hickson, former Royal Air Force Fast-Jet pilot and distinguished leading speaker, will join us for a unique and engaging session, drawing parallels with the NHS, including decision making under pressure and the role of leadership. 
• A session focused on health inequalities. 
• Further sessions to be announced.

The meeting will be chaired by: 

• Lucy Davies, Chief Operating Officer, East and North Hertfordshire NHS Trust

Who is it for?

• Anyone with responsibility for corporate operations of the trust, for example: directors of operations, performance, strategic development, transformation and service delivery, deputy chief executives and chief operating officers.
• Interim, acting, assistant and deputy directors are also welcome to attend.
