Dr Seema Srivastava MBE, deputy medical director at University Hospitals Bristol and Weston NHS Foundation Trust, and consultant in medicine for older people at North Bristol NHS Trust, who reflected on how they have linked their health inequalities-focused improvement work to their joint clinical strategy, starting by looking at available data to understand how to reduce missed appointments, and co-developing change with patients.
