Improvement and recovery webinar

This webinar took place on 1 August 2022 and explored the role improvement, skill and resource is playing in helping you meet your current challenges and how to utilise rapid feedback on patient and staff experience to guide trust improvement and COVID-19 recovery.

Key themes explored were:

• the human reality of care and how to embed models that were adopted during the pandemic into future recovery plans
• the link between staff and patient experience and delivery of care
• how to go about improvement systemically, embedding improvement across all core work within organisations
• ways to create time and space for all staff to be involved in trust improvement and how to build engagement internally with improvement plans.
