Preeti oversees our portfolio of support programmes offered to boards and senior leaders: Digital Boards and Digital ICS - supporting boards in leading the digital transformation agenda; Race Equality and Health Inequalities - to help our members to make sense of and embed work and thinking as part of core business; Provider Collaboration - to support members to maximise the potential of greater collaboration, with a focus at scale; Leading Integration Peer Support - helping forge new local collaborative partnerships and build shared understanding and action.

Preeti also supports our Trusts in Systems programme of work that helps members to co-lead their systems, provide integrated care across and outside the NHS, and develop effective delivery models at neighbourhood, place and system level.
