Caroline joined NHS Providers in 2016 and is responsible for managing the office of the chair, chief executive and deputy chief executive. On a day-to-day basis she helps our chief executive, Julian Hartley, to manage his inbox and workflow.
She also leads our executive support team (who provide administrative support to the chair and EMT) and assists the chair and EMT with their collective priorities and strategic meetings.
