Induction toolkit
Our induction toolkit is designed to assist company secretaries and membership managers with their induction of new foundation trust governors.
There are five chapters in the induction toolkit, with a presentation for use by trust staff and associated workbooks to be completed by the governors.
The covering letter introduces the toolkit and should be read before opening each of the chapters.
The induction toolkit is a fantastic resource, I used this to create our induction booklet which we then review and update each year with feedback from our governors. I'll definitely go through your updated toolkit to see where I can further improve our booklet and usual induction presentation.

I found it engaging, informative, comprehensive and it is an ideal opportunity to reflect and equip Governors. It is also a good tool to refresh existing Governors knowledge and provides an excellent overview with useful illustrations.
