We're pleased to have you join us as exhibitors at this year's annual conference and exhibition. We've enclosed some information below to help you get the most out of the two days.

Mandatory forms - all stands*

• Shell scheme only – please complete the nameboard form to confirm how your organisation name will be printed on your nameboard.
• Exhibitor health & safety form (covering the open period of the event)
• Build-up, breakdown and vehicle passes form (not required for couriers)
• Exhibitor stand badges – link sent via email
• Free delegate place(s) if included into your package – link and codes sent via email
• Scam phishing emails
