Association of Groups
The Association of Groups is a learning network for NHS provider groups, who have created new organisational models and believe that the standardisation of best practice can be reliably implemented, at scale, across multiple points of delivery.
Purposes
- Sharing learning, knowledge, and best practice between its members.
- Influencing national policy through strategic engagement, helping national decision makers to understand the benefits of standardisation at scale coupled with reliable local implementation.
- The spread of innovation and best practice externally, both from the association out to the wider health and care system, but also from the wider sector and beyond, back to the association members.
Forums
The AoG is mainly operated through a series of role-based forums, open to all AoG member organisations:
- Chief Executives
- SOLNET (Senior Operational Leaders Network)
- Chief Financial Officers
- Chief People Officers
- Chief Nursing Officers
- Governance leads
- AoG leads
