Improvement and evidence

This session will explore the latest evidence and research on the implications of COVID-19 for trust-wide improvement. It will consider why trusts with well-developed improvement approaches have been better placed to make use of this strategically during the pandemic, and how and why these trusts have been successful in empowering staff to deliver transformational change. This seminar will also consider the question, does trust-wide improvement look different now?
