Virtual governor workshop, 13 July
Date: 13 July 2020
Venue: Virtual event
Building upon our regional development workshops we run as part of our governor support offer, our virtual governor workshops aim to increase governor knowledge and skills, and allow governors to share ideas and experiences.
This event will offer an NHS update, providing a national perspective on the topical issues for governors, an update from the Governor support team on the direct impact of COVID-19 on governor activities, and the opportunity for governors to share experiences and ask questions of colleagues and the NHS Providers team.
I found it really informative and instructive.
It’s great to share learning and good practice from other Council of Governors, and to share our collective experiences during the pandemic.Attended virtual workshop pilot, June 2020
Who should attend?
Virtual workshops are for Governors of Foundation Trusts.
We are holding four virtual workshops in July. Trusts are eligible to book two governors onto these workshops and have one reserve space. Please note these places apply across all four workshops and not per event. Bookings must be made by your Trust Secretary or Membership Manager. Attendance is free for all member trusts but you are asked to book in advance.
This event will take place over Zoom.
To book a place on this event, please follow the link at the top of the page. Please note that the deadline for booking is the 6 July.
