Practical trust resources

The Digital Boards programme is focused on sharing good practice and peer learning on digital transformation across the provider sector. This page hosts several resources and reflection pieces from trust leaders and boards who have undergone significant digital transformation programmes. These contain advice, lessons learned and pitfalls to avoid. A large proportion of the resources on this page relates to electronic patient records, however in time we will expand this to cover other digital topics.

If you would like to share your own experiences with other trust leaders, please contact Adam.Wright@nhsproviders.org
