Refreshing your digital strategy: lessons from board digital leads

Trust boards have been reappraising their digital ambitions in light of the rapid changes made during COVID-19. For many this will involve refreshing existing digital strategies, while others are embarking on entirely new strategies.
This event is for executive directors who are the board lead for digital and will share key lessons on scoping, coordinating and developing a digital strategy.
Delegates will hear from a panel of speakers on what good digital strategy looks like and reflections from other board members on their experiences building digital strategies.
