The past 6 months have put digital on the NHS agenda as never before. Rapid adoption of digital technologies within the provider sector has made for successful working in a virtual environment and enabled new ways to support patients, service users and staff. But how do boards ensure they have the right teams in place to sustain these improvements? And what is the right governance needed to underpin this transformation?

This two part event will focus on how board members can ensure that the enablers are in place to encourage and empower digital teams to flourish, it will showcase what success looks like in other organisations and provide an opportunity for peer learning and reflection.

These highly interactive follow up workshops for board members will provide an opportunity for peer learning to share innovative ideas and best practice to ensure multidisciplinary teams are supported and empowered to deliver digital transformation across all Trust roles. 

Please note, these follow up workshops are repeated sessions, therefore you only need to register on to one session. Places will be limited to maximise opportunities to share learning.
