Our new development offer is designed to support boards in leading the digital transformation agenda. Delivered in partnership with Public Digital and supported by Health Education England and NHSX as part of their Digital Readiness Programme, the Digital Boards programme is free and available to all provider trusts.
It aims to build board understanding of the potential and implications of the digital agenda and increase the confidence and capability of boards to harness the opportunities it provides. This three year programme can be accessed through a comprehensive set of board resources, regional events, go see visits and free bespoke whole board development sessions for individual trusts.
In addition, NHS Providers' Board development programme delivers core modules and bespoke board development sessions to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of boards. Find out more information here.
Whilst we are unable to hold face to face events, we will be delivering this content virtually. Please click the relevant boxes below to find out how you can access this programme or contact the Digital Boards team for more information.
The best organised, formatted, presented and coordinated board development session we have ever had. The dexterous use of technology overcame the constraints of MS teams and optimised the contributions of colleagues. Tremendously impressive.Director of Nursing, County Durham and Darlington NHS Foundation Trust
My Board found it incredibly inspiring to take part in the session with Digital Boards. It helped us to understand what digital really means and perhaps as importantly what it is not, enabling us all to participate in the discussions and debates. We recognised a number of fundamental issues that have the potential to drive us forward as a result of the session, which will help us to frame our future strategies. The session also very practically, gave us the bones of an action plan to take things forward and ensure we stay on track. It has been by far the most useful event we have taken part in virtually, which is mainly because they are so skilled at designing and running virtual events as well as being subject matter experts.Buckinghamshire Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust Chair
