Masterclass for board directors: how do we use AI to improve productivity in the NHS?

Artificial intelligence is rapidly being implemented across the NHS. For executive and non-executive directors it is important to feel confident in their understanding of AI and its application across health and care settings, in order to effectively manage risk and maximise the opportunities available. 

This masterclass, delivered in partnership with IBM, is designed for board leaders who want to build their confidence on what AI is, how it is being adopted and how it can be effectively governed.

The masterclass will help board level leaders across health and care settings to:

• Build a strong understanding of what AI is.
• Understand the key risks, regulatory considerations and clinical assurance associated with AI.
• Explore how other NHS organisations are approaching AI and the benefits being realised.
• Gain clarity on your role as a board director in overseeing AI strategy and implementation.

This masterclass is designed for all board directors, both non-executive and executive directors. The content is applicable to those with a digital background as well as those looking to develop their understanding.
