Overview
The NHS workforce has seen a year-on-year increase in the ethnic diversity of staff. Despite this increase, representation is not equal at all levels and declines significantly with seniority. Addressing this gap is essential to building a leadership pipeline that reflects the communities we serve.
What we'll cover
In this 90-minute webinar, you will hear from NHS leaders who are developing diverse talent and creating more equitable pathways to progression. Senior leaders will share practical insights, challenges and approaches that are making a difference.
By attending this session, participants will:
- Gain actionable strategies to support inclusive talent development.
- Better understand the role of trust leaders as allies and sponsors.
- Case studies from NHS organisations driving meaningful change for ethnic minority staff and disabled staff.
- Leave with practical steps to build a more representative and future‑ready workforce.
