Overview

Expectations for digital transformation in the NHS have never been higher. The 10-year health plan places digital transformation at the centre, accelerating adoption of innovative technologies such as AI, enabling new models of neighbourhood care, and requiring a workforce that is confident and capable of using new digital tools. It is more important than ever that staff are supported with the skills, understanding and confidence needed to not be left behind.

As the pace of AI and digital innovation accelerates, how can boards ensure their workforce are fully equipped, engaged and supported to make the most of the technologies being implemented?

Join our next Digital Boards peer learning event, delivered in collaboration with NHS Confederation, where you'll hear insights from senior leaders on why workforce engagement is critical to successful digital transformation, and how they are navigating this challenge in practice.

Designed for NHS system, board and digital leaders, this session will provide practical learning, peer insight and increased confidence to lead your workforce through change.

Aims

  • To build leaders’ understanding of how to support their workforce in an evolving digital agenda.

  • To increase awareness of how development, training and organisational culture shape successful digital transformation.
