Overview
Expectations for digital transformation in the NHS have never been higher. The 10-year health plan places digital transformation at the centre, accelerating adoption of innovative technologies (such as AI), enabling new models of neighbourhood care and requiring a workforce that is confident and capable of using new digital tools.
As the delivery of this change gathers pace, it is more important than ever that staff are supported with the skills, understanding and confidence needed to not be left behind.
Join our next Digital Boards peer learning event, delivered by NHS Providers and NHS Confederation to gain the confidence and practical insight you need to lead your workforce through change.
Aims
-
To build leaders’ understanding of how to support their workforce in an evolving digital agenda.
