Digital Boards Leadership Network

Overview

Discover how to navigate emerging digital priorities.

Engage in a space to explore how you can lead meaningful digital change within your trust. Our latest network is your opportunity to reflect with other digital leaders from across the country on your current priorities, hear peer-led case studies and share insight, learning and best practice.

Why this matters

As the digital landscape is continually evolving, it is important for leaders to take a step back from the day-to-day to take the opportunity to reflect on where you are, they key challenges facing you, your team and trust, as well as what you can think about doing next.

With our previous meetings covering a wide range of topics including, digital inclusion, AI assurance, EPR optimisation and developing the digital workforce, this member-only network will provide you an opportunity to:

  • Engage in a safe space and have open and honest discussions under Chatham House Rule.
  • Share ideas and exchange learning.
  • Hear presentations from industry experts and NHS digital leaders on the latest innovative work in the sector.
  • Engage in interactive and breakout sessions to ask questions and share your thoughts.

I find these very useful as a reminder of the priorities at a national level, and things we should be thinking about as a board.
