As the NHS continues to navigate a period of transformation and heightened expectations around governance, our latest network meeting is your opportunity to reflect with other communications leaders across the country on your key challenges and share insight and learning.

It's important to step back from the day-to-day to take the opportunity to reflect on the key challenges facing your role, team and trust. 

Operating under Chatham House Rule, this member-only network will provide you an opportunity to:

  • hear presentations from communications leaders experts on the latest innovative work in the sector.
  • Engage in interactive sessions to ask questions and share your thoughts.

Company Secretaries Network co-chair. A registered paramedic, Paul Howard began his NHS career in 2001 with North West Ambulance Service NHS Trust, undertaking a range of clinical roles before moving into corporate governance. Since then Paul has worked in corporate governance roles in both the health and education sectors and joined Greater Manchester Mental Health NHS Foundation Trust in January 2025.
