Overview

Hear the latest updates with colleagues from across the country

The Chairs and Chief Executives Network is an opportunity for you to reflect on key changes within the sector and discuss your challenges with peers and sector leaders.

The agenda will focus on the strategic and operational issues currently facing chairs and chief executives, with time for discussion, shared learning and questions with colleagues from across the provider sector.

The next phase of the Network

This meeting will also introduce you on NHS Providers' direction of travel of following our merger with NHS Confederation and the creation of a single membership body to represent NHS organisations across England, Wales and Northern Ireland more effectively.

We will also outline plans to evolve this Network and our commitment to protecting the voice of providers.

Join us in person to gain the latest insight, learning and practical guidance, and hear how the Network will evolve, including an early view of the membership offer from April.

Why this matters

As the NHS is in a period of change as trusts adapt to deliver the three shifts and commitments of the 10-year health plan, it's important to take a step away from the day-to-day and catch up on the latest developments.

Operating under Chatham House Rule, this network will provide you an opportunity to:

  • Share ideas and exchange learning.
  • Hear presentations from sector leaders experts on the latest innovative work in the sector.
  • Engage in interactive sessions to ask questions and share your thoughts.
  • Have open and honest discussions with peers in breakout sessions.

Always a helpful event. I leave with knowing I'm not alone in the issues I'm struggling with, helpful ideas for things to try and a renewed sense of optimism.
