NHS England and Improvement has produced a set of resources for trusts, providing guidance on the safe deployment of existing and returning staff in new and unfamiliar settings, with a consideration of issues facing each professional group. The materials usefully contain legal indemnity advice and approval from Regulatory Bodies, Royal Colleges, Trades Unions and Specialist Associations.
The King’s Fund has launched a leading through COVID-19 digital site to support senior leaders through the pandemic. Supported by NHS England and Improvement and Health Education England, the site has been launched with initial perspectives on teaming, coaching and virtual meetings, but will expand far beyond this with leaders being asked by The King’s Fund to submit areas of interest.
