Julie and Nicola shared learning from their Elective Care and Recovery programme, including the benefits they've experienced by working together and the challenges they've faced, including what has helped them to overcome them.

Linda and Jenny explored the impacts they've seen on waiting times, productivity and variation since the implementation of their Elective Recovery and Transformation programme, as well as how they've achieved these improvements and their key takeaways.
