NHS England has published a thematic review and lessons learned from its national review to check the safety and wellbeing of all people with a learning disability and autistic people who are being cared for in a mental health inpatient setting.
The safe and wellbeing reviews (SWRs) were undertaken as part of the NHS response to the safeguarding adults review concerning the deaths of three individuals at Cawston Park Hospital between April 2018 and July 2020.
