Technology is playing an increasingly important role in addressing the big strategic issues facing the sector, both in terms of operational pressures and the move towards system working. But this is a challenging agenda to navigate: interoperability, electronic patient record (EPR) procurement and cyber security can prove complicated subjects for busy board leaders.

This guide is designed to provide trust boards with the understanding and confidence they need to make informed decisions on technology.
