Letter to Karin Smyth MP on proposals to regulate NHS managers

This letter supplements our full response to the online consultation questionnaire, submitted on 18 February, and summarises our key messages on the proposals to regulate NHS managers.

Our position has been developed in collaboration with our membership and represents their views. This is an issue that elicits a wide range of opinions and perspectives, and our members’ feedback was not always unanimous. We have sought to reflect this in our full consultation response.
