NHS Providers submitted a response to NHS England and NHS Improvement’s 2021/22 tariff engagement document, which outlines the policy areas that will be included in statutory consultation on the next national tariff payment system.

In our response we have outlined the early thoughts of the provider sector on introducing blended payment across a wider range of secondary care services, and the potential  implications of the new financial framework for system financial governance
