Briefing: UK government's preparations for a 'no deal' scenario

On 13 September the government published a further 28 technical notices which set out the preparations the government is undertaking to plan for a possible 'no-deal' Brexit scenario.

These follow the 25 papers published on 23 August alongside letters from Matt Hancock, Health and Social Care Secretary, to the health and care sector, pharmaceutical companies and suppliers of medical devices. You can find our briefing on the first set of technical notices here.

In this briefing we highlight the key issues from the notices which might have an impact on health and social care services.
