NHS Providers is hosting a virtual roundtable with Matthew Style, director general for NHS Policy and Performance, Department of Health and Social Care on Thursday, 13 October 2022.

This virtual event is part of our In Conversation with... programme, which brings together key stakeholders in the healthcare sector with NHS trust and foundation trust chairs and chief executives. It will give you the opportunity to engage informally and under the Chatham House rule. The feedback we have received from these events is that they offer chance to have a high quality, private dialogue with senior NHS leaders, decision makers and influencers.

We are now taking expressions of interest for our next In conversation with Matthew Style, director general for NHS Policy and Performance, Department of Health and Social Care which will take place via the Zoom video conferencing platform.

Matthew will share his perspective on improving NHS performance, including the increasing strategic focus on preventative healthcare alongside recovering the care backlog. It will be an opportunity for the attendees to share their views on the workforce challenges facing systems, and to discuss the key enablers needed to recover activity and productivity to pre-pandemic levels.
