Race Equality peer learning event: how can boards support bank workers?

Race Equality peer learning event, held on 22 July 2024.

This interactive online peer learning event included:

• A plenary session which provided an overview of the current policy asks in relation to bank workers and insights into their workplace experience from the NHS bank worker survey.

• Facilitated delegate discussions on what the challenges are, what interventions have worked and what support would enable better progress.

• A space to learn from others and build a network of peers who are looking to better support bank workers.
